Sean Arters developed SA Beast to help youth soccer players in San Antonio further develop their skills and help them attain their goals on the field. As a San Antonio native, he is committed and passionate about developing players in this community. Being a product of the youth system here in San Antonio, along with training many youth players here over the years, he has seen a fundamental problem regarding the development of players in the area. Players are not getting enough proper technical, fundamental tactical, physical and mental training within their team training and games. In their usual team setting, players get very limited touches on the ball and almost no individualized attention on specific needs as a player. SA Beast provides training sessions to players that supplement their team practice with individualized attention from experienced coaches. We provide customized, dynamic sessions keeping players focused on proper technique and improving player quality by holding players to a higher standard of performance within a mistake-tolerant environment. Players will get many more touches on the ball, attention to areas of weakness and deliberate training with constant, helpful feedback and guidance from the coaching staff. Through our unique, individualized training program, SA Beast coaches are genuinely invested in developing player’s abilities and helping them realize their full potential as complete soccer players.
