From ‘Hara Hara Ambee’ which originated from the hindu community a spritual chant invoking help. Over time, Kenyans adapted it into “Harambee” as a call for collective effort...‘Harambee,’ we breathe in unity and exhale peace. In this mindful space, we pull together, building a harmonious future.Together, we rise. In unity and peace, we build a future where every hand matters. Happy new year everybody and let's all pull in ”

🖤 I took a pause.
Not because I quit —
but because I needed space to grow, to listen, to rebuild.
Life has a way of humbling you, shaping you,
and then whispering:
“Now return — differently.”
So here I am.
Not rushing.
Not performing.
Just showing up — present, grounded, real.
If you’re here — thank you.
If you’re just arriving — welcome.
If you’re on your own path — walk with intention.
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just growth.
Let’s ride. 🚶🏿♂️🔥
From within.

Teacher training level 2 has brought so much polishing and refining of my skills as an acroyogi. Coming from a background of a professional who didn't have the knowhow to impart that same knowledge to others, this has been such a growth platform for me. I am greatly humbled and appreciative of my teachers Nemer, Ale Ruiz, Sonia and John Karvelis for taking time to focus on the keys challenges of our trade. Strengthbuilding kie

I am grateful for the people who showed up in yesterdays acro and Thai session at Shine center AYP. The people were great and above all everybody was willing to fully participate and make the seasion what it was. It was really good see people blossom in the presence of community, connection and trust. Ending the session with love and kindness in Thai massage was a good reminder that we all need some bit of human touch and lots of love because fundamentally WE ARE LOVE .muthoni_

Sometimes as you keep walking the earth, you come across days when you see a side of you that yearns to reach out and explore and yet there is another side that wants you to keep in the safe zone, comfort, where you know no harm can come to you in any way...90%of the things we worry about never happens, Dale Carnegie. Feel free to explore your new zone, push your limits, and ride your edges safely in acroyoga with me Noni.Muthoni and Cheloti_acroyoga at AYP shine center on Saturday the 13th from 2-4pm. We will have a session of Thai massage at the end. Come lets learn together how to give, receive love from the community of acroyogis in town
