Pitching places extreme demands on a young athlete’s body. For one joint to work efficiently with its neighboring joint, it must have enough relative motion available. When that motion is limited, especially at the pelvis, the body’s next option is to orient the entire body to create movement. This leads to inefficiency and added stress.

Training with a coach who understands pelvis relative motion versus orientation helps pitchers develop cleaner mechanics, improved command, and more consistent velocity, while reducing unnecessary load on the arm. This approach builds durable, repeatable movement patterns that translate directly to performance on the mound.
