I used to think something was wrong with me.
Like… why am I doing all the things and still not seeing the same results
I wasn’t new to working out.
I wasn’t completely off track with food.
I wasn’t just sitting around doing nothing.
And yet… things felt harder than they used to.
If you’ve felt that shift — especially in this season — you know what I mean.
It’s frustrating in a way that’s hard to explain.
Because it makes you question yourself.
Am I not trying hard enough?
Am I missing something?
Why does this feel different now?
What I’ve come to understand (both personally and coaching other moms) is this:
Most of the time, it’s not that something is wrong with you.
It’s that your body is in a different season… and the old approach doesn’t match anymore.
Once that clicked, everything started to shift.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
But I stopped fighting my body… and started learning it.
Maintenance isn’t about finding one perfect plan.
It’s about learning your rhythm.
Understanding how stress, sleep, hormones, and life shifts affect you…
and having a simple system of check-ins and adjustments.
You notice.
You adjust.
You stay aligned.
With who you are right now…
and who you’re becoming.
In the middle of a really full season, I’ve lost 10 pounds and inches.
But what matters more is watching other women experience that same shift.
They stop guessing.
They stop starting over.
They start to trust themselves again.
And maybe the biggest part?
They’re not doing it alone.
Because this season can feel isolating when you’re trying to figure it out by yourself.
I know for me, when I’m the only one in my corner, I struggle to find balance.
Support has always been key to my growth and change.
So I’m curious —
What’s something that used to work for you… but doesn’t anymore?
And what do you want to change… but need support to follow through?
If you’re tired of feeling stuck and guessing your way through this,
I’ve opened a few 1:1 spots and space in my coaching community.
You don’t have to figure this out alone 💛

One thing motherhood has taught me is that small decisions matter more than big intentions.
The big intentions are easy.
“I want to be healthier.”
“I want to be more patient.”
“I want to be more present with my kids.”
“I want to grow closer to God.”
But life doesn’t usually change because of the big intention.
It changes because of the small daily decisions that follow.
Going for the walk when you’d rather sit down.
Making the healthy meal instead of skipping the meal or snacking.
Taking a breath before responding to your child.
Putting the phone down and really listening.
Saying a quick prayer before the day gets moving.
None of those things feel dramatic in the moment.
But over time they quietly shape the kind of life we build.
Lately I’ve also been learning more about emotional intelligence, and one idea that has really stuck with me is this:
Growth often begins with self-awareness.
Pausing long enough to notice what you’re feeling…
and then deciding the kind of response you want to give.
Calm instead of reactive.
Patient instead of frustrated.
Intentional instead of automatic.
At first, we usually notice our behavior after the fact.
Then with practice, we start recognizing it while it’s happening.
And eventually, we catch ourselves before we react at all.
Those small moments of awareness and self-regulation change more than we realize.
Sometimes that pause looks like a short prayer.
Sometimes it’s a few minutes of quiet breathing or mindfulness.
Sometimes it’s simply stepping outside to reset.
Progress rarely comes from one big breakthrough.
It comes from choosing the next right small thing over and over again.
I’m curious —
What’s one small habit or decision that has made a big difference in your life?

Workout ✅
Lately, I have been thinking a lot about time management and being ‘busy.’
Are you tired because you’re busy…
Or tired because you’re unstructured?
There’s a difference.
When your day runs you,
your nervous system never settles.
When you run your day,
your stress drops.
Most women don’t need a new diet.
They need:
• A lifting plan
• Protein targets
• A sleep boundary
• A calendar that reflects their priorities
That’s where everything shifts.
Comment “structure” if you know you’ve been winging it lately.

If your health or weight loss goals were achieved, what would you say YES to that you can't say yes to right now? 👇

🌿 “I’ll start again Monday”
If you’re exhausted even though you’re “doing everything right,” or you feel like you’re always starting over, this is your reminder:
You’re not broken.
You’re overwhelmed.
Most moms I work with aren’t lacking discipline or motivation.
They’re carrying too much physically and/or mentally, making too many decisions, and trying to force progress in seasons that require clarity—not pressure.
Peace doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from slowing down just enough to see what actually matters right now.
So if today feels heavy, here’s your reset:
• You don’t need to fix your whole life.
• You don’t need a perfect plan.
• You just need one calm and aligned next step.
This week, I’m choosing clarity over chaos and peace over pressure.
You’re allowed to do the same.
