'Mild COVID' isn't always mild: Tips for recovering at home "The majority of the treatment of mild to moderate COVID is aimed at relieving symptoms," an expert said of those treating themselves at home.
Join me for yoga tomorrow morning at 11:00 at Martial Arts Wellness Group 311 Spencer Lane. All levels from beginners to experienced yogis are invited. Drop-in's are welcome. Lot's of space for social distancing. You deserve a little you time.

So happy to teach my first class tonight at Five Points Yoga Studio. It is such a lovely spot for yoga with all the windows and the light and the trees. I have been in love with the space since my first class there as a student. I'm especially honored since I attended yoga teacher training through Esther Vexler Yoga School so it felt like stepping into the shoes of my teachers. I have has some great teachers so hope my class reflected that tonight. Chi. Love. Prana.

Good Morning Yogis! At Martial Arts Wellness Group there is plenty of room to space yoga mats 6’ apart or more. I measured these to be sure myself. We have plenty of hand sanitizers and I am taking temperatures before you come in. Bring your own mat today and replace one of these at 11 am for a fun class that will get you moving. CLP Yoga. Yogis, let's find some balance. Yoga class Saturday July 11 at Martial Arts Wellness Group. It's a huge space, so we have lots of room for social distancing and several hand sanitizing stations set up. If you need to stretch your body, find some mental and physical balance, and just breath, please make plans to join me at 11:00 am.
