Part of my daily, inner work is reminding myself that I am safe in my body.
With affirmations, breath awareness, meditation + movement, I gently guide my brain + body to a place of relaxation.
I have postpartum anxiety so it is not easy for me to just relax.
Making visual reminders like this really help me + hopefully they will help others too 🦋
