This website is geared to provide information and access to assist in preparing personal fitness and sports enhancement training.

The hours vary and are by appointment only. Athletic enhancement training is also available upon request.

Food for Thought: To maintain an active body, consider taking 2000 steps (a day), which approximately equals a mile, so 10,000 would be 5 miles.

You will burn on average, about 100 calories per mile traveled.

So, you will burn about 500 extra calories by walking the 10,000 steps. Consequently, if you do this every day, you will lose about a pound a week. 1 pound = 3500 calories.
