Full Spectrum Yoga: Free Yoga for All is happening in ONE week people, are you ready?
This month we're talking about the Naval Chakra, our manipura, the lustrous gem resting behind our belly button in our Solar Plexus that allows us to take our inclinations and turn them into action.
This is the place where temperence and discipline are born, so we're going to lean into that with some deep breathing and core work.
