Calling all old boys! The Texas Masters Tournament is set for November 7, 2026 at 8:00 AM in Austin, Tx!!!

Anyone can participate as long as you are 35 or older, chip in to cover entry fee, and are cipped for that weekend with USA rugby. Last year we had 30 Los Viejos participate and it was a blast. We will be wearing our classic red & black striped kits again that were purchased for the club by Los Viejos.

For any questions or if you intend to play please send Rob Walker an email, or text him.

24 Oct 2026 is SAN ANTONIO RUGBY DAY!

A Day Of Rugby, Family, Fun & Food!

Calling ALL San Antonio Rugby Family — Past, Present & Future!

Did you know that back in 2005 or 2006, the City of San Antonio proclaimed a Fall day in late October as San Antonio Rugby Day?

Well, we think it's time to honor that proclamation along with honoring our 55th Anniversary Season!

This year’s event will take place on Saturday 24 Oct at Olmos Park (field 2, not the usual rugby pitch). Touch Tournament kicks off at High Noon and we will wrap up around 4pm (whispers of an after party at KOP are in the works).

We're looking to make this into an annual San Antonio Rugby Homecoming & Family Reunion, bringing together the men, women and youth of our club. That means: Los Viejos, men’s and women’s current players & past players, youth players current & past, parents, friends, and families to celebrate the club we all love!

Here's what we're planning for Saturday:

Coaches Challenge REIMAGINED! — A fun, all-generations touch rugby tournament, with the winners earning their place in history on the Coaches Challenge Cup!

BBQ, Food & Fun! — Good food, cold drinks, new stories, old legends and plenty of laughs.

One Big Rugby Family! — Reconnect with old teammates, meet the next generation, and celebrate what makes San Antonio Rugby special.

Whether you last played 30 years ago or just picked up a rugby ball last week, this day is for YOU!

Let's celebrate our history, reconnect our generations, and build a tradition that keeps the San Antonio Rugby family together for years to come.

Matalos!
