Grandmaster Ro Insler, 7th Dan, celebrating 37 years in Taekwondo

The Fall 2025 semester Zoom and in-person classes will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and for the winter holidays on Dec. 23 to Dec. 28, 2025. We will be open for lessons on Dec. 29-30, and will close again on Dec. 31 to Jan. 4. The Winter 2026 semester will be held Jan. 5 to Mar. 31, 2026. Email Grandmaster Ro Insler for more info on any of our Taekwondo or Self-Defense lessons.

Our Winter 2025 session ends March 31. Reservations are now due for the Spring 2025 session beginning on April 1. Zoom and in-person private and group lessons for all ages.

Some of our students will be testing for 1st Dan and 2nd Dan in November. Test practice sessions, as well as the actual test, will take place during the week of Nov. 20 through Nov. 23, 2024 and will be held in Fair Lawn and in Hackensack, NJ. Candidates will receive their test packets by email which will include their assignments and further details.

Our Fall 2024 classes are now in session. Weekly Taekwondo and Street Smart Self-Defense lessons availabe in San Antonio and also via Zoom. E-mail GrandMaster Ro Insler for info, and she will respond ASAP.
