Happy New Year, 2025!
We’re in week two of the year—when the excitement fades and routines kick in. It’s also known as Quitters’ Week. 😬
But it’s not too late to RESET! 🙌 This year, let’s keep resolutions simple: START SMALL.
Last year, I reached my goal—hiking pain-free all year. 🏔️🥳 How? By taking small, consistent steps.
Why do small steps work?
💪 Movement is powerful: It boosts health, strength, and well-being.
🔁 Consistency creates habits that stick.
⏱️ Starting small fits into busy lives without overwhelm.
Let’s start small together!
Pick one way to add more movement into your daily life from below.
🏃♀️ 10-min morning movement
🌙 15-min evening walk
💤 10-min stretch before bed
💪 Master one strength move
Start small by committing to it for just one week!
You’ll find yourself on a journey of figuring out what works for you and your busy life and at the end of the week be on your way to climbing your mountains.
Check back in for more movement tips that help you build your 2025 fitness routine.

Welcome to 2025—a year of possibilities!
The first week of the new year is behind us, and so are the long lists of resolutions and to-dos.
But let’s check back in and see how we can make 2025 a year to climb mountains.
This year, I’m taking a simpler approach and invite you to do the same: START SMALL
Last year taught me the power of small, consistent steps. My journey from chronic back pain to hiking Northeast mountains wasn’t a quick fix—it was steady progress through daily movement.
Why Small Steps Lead To Climbing Mountains….
1️⃣ Movement Matters:
✨ It boosts your heart, lungs, immunity, and flexibility.
✨ Strengthens muscles and fascia.
✨ Sharpens balance and coordination through your nervous system.
2️⃣ Consistency Builds Momentum:
Start small, and movement will do the work for you.
Let’s Get Started- Easy Steps To Add Into Your Lifestyle
🏃♀️ 10 mins of morning movement
🌙 Evening walks
💤 Stretch before bed
💪 Master one exercise
Let’s focus on small, steady efforts—before you know it, you’ll be scaling your mountains.
Keep In Touch!
This year, I’ll share tips, challenges, and advice to help you feel your best. DM me to create a fitness plan that works for you or check out my new blog for more!
Let’s make 2025 a year of health, happiness, and movement—one step at a time. 🏔️❄️

Had a great time at the dissection lecture with on the nervous system. I love attending lectures and workshops like these- it’s been a while. It keeps the inspiration going and humbles me to marvel at how amazing the body is, making me rethink always what my role as trainer is and how I can best help my clients. Looking forwards to forever learning.
