I’ve been a little MIA lately due to kiddos being out of school, me taking 2 online classes and us moving but life is starting to settle and I’m back and ready 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️ Today I put Down the heavy weights and tried something new. Some CrossFit style lifts and let me tell you it’s not easy but it was a lot of fun! I’m excited to keep working on technique and form to better my self and get to Heavier weight 👏🏽👏🏽
