It’s never easy saying goodbye, especially to two longtime members who became so much more than just members of RDA — they became part of our family, our team, and our coaching staff. ❤️

We’ve had the privilege of having Retired Colonel Vince Krepps with us for more than four years. During that time, he dedicated countless hours to leading both our kids and adult wrestling classes, sharing his knowledge, leadership, and passion with everyone who stepped on the mats.

Army Lt. Anthony Powell also stepped up in a big way, taking the lead with our adult wrestling program while balancing an incredibly busy schedule of his own. His commitment and willingness to give his time to our team has meant so much to us.

We want to sincerely thank both Vince and Anthony for their loyalty, dedication, leadership, and all the time they have poured into RDA and our members. You both have made a lasting impact on our academy, and you will truly be missed.

We wish you both nothing but success and happiness as you move on to your new assignments. Wherever life takes you next, know that you will always have a home and a family here at RDA Fitness & MMA. 🇺🇸🥋🤼

The new school year is right around the corner! If you’re looking for an after-school option that keeps your child active, engaged, and learning valuable skills, the RDA Fitness & MMA After School Program is here to help.

Instead of spending the afternoon sitting around, kids can build confidence, discipline, fitness, coordination, and practical martial arts skills in a positive environment.

✅ School pick-up available
🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Judo training
🍎 Snack provided
🎒 On-site locker space for their gear
💪 A great way to stay active and continue training after school

Only $50 per week!

Our program makes it easier for busy parents while giving kids a productive, structured way to spend their afternoons.
