Just wanted to shout my beautiful wife out today on woman crush Wednesday. This woman is more then a women to me. She’s my rock. She’s the one that holds it all together. This beautiful, strong, driven, passionate, go hard woman here I’m proud and blessed to call my wife. If any of you in know us our relationship and marriage is an open book. We have no filter and we do what we do and we say what we feel to each other. Sometimes we may not like it but it’s what we both need I think. Even if it’s not always what we want to hear. But baby I love you so much and I wanna ride with you on this journey called life till the wheels fall off. Let’s go!!!
💫Motivation Monday💫
“Pressure makes diamonds”
We’ve all heard that phrase before
What does that mean??
If don’t know how diamonds are made. Diamonds are formed when carbon rocks from the surface are subjected to the increasing heat of the mantle combined with the pressure from the colliding plates, then tiny diamonds are formed in these rocks.
The same is formed when putting in hard work and having laser focus towards a certain goal. The harder you work the better your going to get. The more you do, the more your going to reap the benefits. So, on this blessed Monday I just wanted to motivate everyone and say whatever your working towards in life. No matter how difficult the task or goal keep applying pressure and don’t give up. Continue to keep that mindset and tell your self “keep applying pressure”. When you want to give up and it’s too hard “keep applying pressure. Because at the end of it all. Something as beautiful as a shiny Diamond will come out of whatever your pushing towards.
I hope this helps motivate your Monday and push you thru this week and beyond.
Have a blessed week Fit fam!!!

This was from last nights workout. Even though it was back day, we couldn’t leave without doing a little bicep flex.
~Find yourself a person that trains just as hard as you do and push each other to lengths~

Happy Monday y’all. I just wanted to leave you guys with this quote as you start your week. We all experience or will experience things that happen to us or things that get in the way. But it’s how we set up our mindset to go thru these things that’s makes us conquers.

“The Greater The Obstacle, The More Glory in Overcoming It”
08/25/2020
This is my 3rd year bodybuilding competing in Men’s physique. My 1st competition was back in 2018 at the San Antonio Pro/Extravaganza almost 3 years to the day. I got 6th place at the show. A year later I competed in Florida at the NPC Maxfit Classic where I took 2nd place In Open and 3rd in Novice. The craziest part is in that year I went thru 3 different coaches. But thru all that I was able to muscle thru and get to where I needs to be. But it wouldn’t of gotten there if it wasn’t for my coach . Whom I should of started with from the very beginning. But the whole reason for this post is to just show that we all start somewhere. And you we transform ourselves into whatever we want. We are all blank canvases ready to be painted into the masterpiece we desire. For myself were just getting started. Just set a goal for yourself and don’t look back. Commit to that goal and make it happen. ———————————————-

Getting this energy in for the day after fasted cardio. What does your breakfast look like??
06/30/2020
Today was Back and Bi day. Today I lowered the weight on each exercise. Really focusing on form and engagement of the muscle. Too often I see people not being intentional about how they train. I see a lot of people either throw heavy weight up and just rep it out, which has it place as long as the form is not compromised. Or you see people’s form is decent but they’re technique causes them to take the isolation out of the exercise where they end up using secondary and third muscle groups.

Physique Check: I’m currently sitting at 214.8lb and after my first week back in cardio. It’s been a struggle to get up early and knock out cardio because of my work schedule. But I know it’ll get easier. It does feel good after I’m done each morning. We got about 22 weeks until Nationals. So, we’ll see how my body slowly starts transforming again. I want to get way more shredded then I did last prep. So we’ll see what my coach and I can cook up. Have a great and blessed Monday guys and Stay Tuned.....
