We can’t have rodeos, prizes, etc. without a board of volunteers so please send a message if you would like to jump in!

Hey members!
HYRA would love to get working on a 2022 series, but we have had several members looking to retire.
We are asking our group to reach out to us and jump into some of these positions this year so we can make that happen.
Our board consists of a President, VP, Treasuer, Secretary, Point Keepers, Arena Directors, Roping Directors, and Hospitality.
We really need a great sponsorship team for our VP to have a successful year, and that can be started now by anyone who has a sponsor in mind.
We are happy to get you any forms or further information if you’d like it.
We love your HYRA group and look forward to seeing you all again this year!

An invitation to our awards ceremony has been sent to every qualifying kids family as of yesterday. Either via text, email, or Facebook messenger.
If you have not received one, please reach out to us so we can get that in your hands ASAP!
If you have friends that you know qualified as well, please reach out to them just to double check that they received theirs if you don’t mind. It would really help us out!

We hope that our qualified contestants can join us at Mansfield one more time on Tuesday evening, December 14th.

I would really like to highlight that we had a big year! These kiddos received nearly $10k in jackpot money!!!! That is pretty cool for this little organization and in only 3 rodeos.
Can’t wait to see the smiling faces on Tuesday!

UPDATE!
I apologize that with the holidays I’ve ignored any updates to all… we are working on an invitation that will be emailed, texted or mailed to each of you that have qualified for prizes. The hope is that we will be ready in two weeks.. that way you all have some time to plan to join us.
We ran into shipping issues with some warehouses to our vendors that delayed their processes even more. However, I hope you all know that waiting on some items til we saw our final budget was successful, because we really got to add on some pretty cool items for every single kiddo!
Please bear with us while we wait on updates as well.
