The team is reloaded and ready to compete this 2026-2027 season! We added some great talent to this already stacked squad. New season, same mission.

The AFCS Leaderboards are in, and the stats don’t lie. Our players’ bats were on fire 🔥 during the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series in Indiana!!! Out of 900+ players, we had 4 ladies make it into the Top 100….and more impressive, one who claimed the top spot at #1!!!! Here are the ladies who’s bats stayed hot this tournament:

#1 - Addy Moerbe (.773) with 0 strikeouts
#39 - Trinity Ballard (.526) with 0 strikeouts
#62 - Mila Gonzales (.458)
#76 - Love’A Vasquez (.444)

Overall our team came in #9 out of 64 National teams for total Batting Average, with a team average of .380 and an OPS of .966. The coaches could not be more proud of this group and their performance this season.

Our Bombers Gold 18U and Bombers Gold 16U teams are both headed to the Championship!!! Let’s cheer our Bombers sisters on to victory!

And just like that, our 2026 Spring/Summer season has come to an end. Our ladies accomplished so much this season in such a short period of time. From where they started at the beginning of this season, to finishing strong as one team with one goal.

This season would not have been possible without the culture and focus Coach Nathan Nate Rodriguez created, and held each one of the players accountable for. The knowledge about the game of softball he imparted on them, as well just holding them to a high standard, will take them further than they realize. The parents and players will be forever grateful for his coaching.

But Coach Nate couldn’t do it all himself. He surrounded himself with an equal caliber coaching staff, Genesis Rodriguez, Phillip Juarez, and Nick Ramirez. They were able to elevate these girls and their game to a completely higher level. But most importantly, each of the coaches believed in the players, and made them confident in themselves.

Ladies, as Coach Nate told you at the beginning of the season, keep climbing the ladder and don’t slow down for those who can’t keep up. Know what it takes to compete and that failure is part of the process, but more importantly, it’s how you respond to that failure and rise above it.
