Upper bodayyyyyy I’ve been trying to edit some reels for you guys but my phone is so out of storage It’s not functioning very well so we’re workin on it😅 In the meantime here’s a random lil upper lady workout I did yesterday morning. I focused in on shoulders tris and bis as I feel these are the muscles that don’t get enough attention as I’d like on my push/pull days :) details below WORKOUT: - shoulder press drop set 4x AMRAP then drop weight for 12 - incline bicep curl 4x10 - EZ bar curl SS: 21s & mid to high reps 4x8 - skull crushers 4x10 - assisted tricep dip 4x10 - assisted pull ups 4x8 🏷

Chest and tris🤩 Yesterdays push day went pretty well except for the fact that I’ve reached a plateau on bench:( for some reason I can’t seem to increase my weight any more than where it’s at. If you have any tips on how to break this lmk, I’ve been focusing on progressive overload but as of now can’t seem to move forward and it’s driving me nuts lol. Workout below: - flat bench 4xAMRAP - cable tri pushdown 4x12 SS: single arm push down - cable reverse fly 4x10 - cable chest fly 4x10 - overhead tri extension 4x12 - skull crushers 4x10 - incline bench press 4x6 Drop set: x12 @ lighter weight

BACK DAY🙌 with a side of abs;) One of my favorite days of the week. I haven’t had a day where I worked only my back in a long time so this was something I looked forward to but boy am I SORE. ALSO I’ve never filmed myself doing a pull up before but I’m glad I did because I’m very impressed with the way my back looks when under tension…so this is your sign to film yourself in the gym because the confidence is HIGH rn lol This was also my first time working toward getting an unassisted pull up (have a reel dedicated to this coming tomorrow;) so that could definitely be why I’m so sore. Overall 10/10 workout, save and try it on your next back day🤩 details below: WORKOUT: - neutral grip lat pull down 4x8 - seated cable rows 4x10 - face pulls HEAVY 4x12 - SA kneeling cable lat pull down 4x10 - cable bent over row really wanted to test my strength here so I started at what I felt I could do and kept upping the weight and lowering the reps until I couldn’t :) - reverse cable flys 4x10-12 PULL UP WORK: 2 rounds - assisted pull ups - scapular pull up - negative pull up - dead hangs 🏷

Who’s your biggest threat? Your biggest competitor? Yourself. Your mindset specifically. It’s you vs you 24/7. Control your mindset and fall in love with yourself/the process and things will come a lot easier. Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s (who’s probably been where you are and been working at it for longer) and stop wishing you looked like them. JUST START, MAKE IT HAPPEN! Nobody is going to make the change for you or motivate you, you have to take that step. Control your mind and figure out why you’re doing it, what the goal is and what you want to gain from it. Change your perspective, start holding yourself accountable and make the mf jump 🙌

Chest, shoulders & tris🤩 Somehow got behind on posting my workouts but here’s one I did a few days ago. I went up in weight on almost everything so I’d say this one was a success😛 full details are below: - Flat bench press top set 1xAMRAP working sets 3x10 - Inclined bench press: drop set 4x10-12 - EZ bar skullcrusher 4x10 - Shoulder press 4x 12, 8, 6 6 increasing weight - Hyght dumbbell fly 4x10 - Seated lateral raise: drop set 4x8 - Cable tri pull down 4x10 SS: overhead extensions x10 Finisher: EZ bar upright row, 2 sets AMRAP
