This past weekend, as I watched football across multiple leagues—from the AAL to the IFL—I found myself reflecting deeply on what it truly takes to build a team from the ground up.

One thing has become very clear: you have to be honest with yourself. This journey requires more than just interest—it demands true passion, commitment, and a willingness to give your all. It’s not enough to say you’re going to do something; you must become a student of the game. That means learning continuously—connecting with other owners, studying different leagues, evaluating talent, and being intentional about the type of players you bring into your organization to represent your brand. It means holding yourself accountable and meeting every deadline with purpose.

But above all, the most important lesson I’m learning is the need to stay grounded. Every day, I pray that God continues to guide me and keep me aligned with His will. My wife and I may be first-time owners, but this vision wasn’t built on impulse—it was built on prayer, faith, and unity. We stand firm knowing that God has never failed us, and He won’t start now.

As we continue building toward bringing this vision to life, we’re asking for your support. To our friends, family, and followers—we need you to believe in what we’re building. Our mission is strong, and it will not change.
