→ You'll see all of your workspaces, everywhere. Open Paperform, Papersign or Stepper and you'll see the same list, including ones that used to belong to another product.

→ You can move things between workspaces. Drag a form, a document or a workflow into any workspace you like. Organize by client, team or project instead of by product.

→ Everything for one project can finally live together. The intake form, the contract and the automation that connects them can now sit side by side.
Nothing has been moved or renamed, your links still work, and there's nothing you need to do.

This is the first of several changes we are planning to bring them closer.

*AI form creation progress indicator*
Creating forms with AI is now more transparent. If a request is taking longer than usual, you’ll now see a progress indicator so you know Paperform is still working in the background.

*File dates are now easier to track*
You can now see both form creation dates and last edited dates in file storage, making it easier to manage and identify files at a glance.

*Stronger Google Sheets worksheet guidance*
We’ve added clearer formatting guidance to the Google Sheets worksheet parameter so it’s easier to understand exactly what’s expected when setting up integrations.

*Matrix fields now exposed in the public API*
Matrix field rows and columns are now available through the public API, giving developers more flexibility when working with matrix data.
