Tonight at 7pm join bereaved parents around the globe in remembrance. We light a candle to remember the babies we’ve lost and never got to meet. As each time zone reaches 7pm we created a WAVE OF LIGHT around the globe.

Level up your kegels!

There are some nuances to kegels and we're going to dive in to making your pelvic floor work more effective!

Inhales = lengthening of the pelvic floor
Exhales = shortening of the pelvic floor

There are 4 quadrants: front vs back, left vs right

Here are two positions to work on pelvic floor movement
1: dorsal thoracic hang (created by The Postural Restoration Institute)
2: All fours posterior outlet inhibition (created by The Postural Restoration Institute)

*Inhale through your nose
*Full, long exhales feeling abs hug around and close rib cage
* If you don't feel everything at first, it's ok! This takes practice!

There are many factors playing in to pelvic girdle pain, but here are some of my favorite tips!
