A cross between a pudding, a brownie and a molten lava cake!

Heated up in the microwave and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Yummy!

Two tier, 5" Red Velvet Cake on Ruthsbakingshed.com. Just in time for Easter.

This cake (and cupcakes) are made with a burgundy cocoa powder. Giving that deep red color and a deeper chocolate flavor than your typical red velvet cakes.

Multiple sizes available on the website. Local delivery only!

Have it with crumbs on the side or just plain with my ermine cream cheese frosting.

Instead of a flat rate for shipping across the US, I've had to do shipping based upon zone/state.

Shipping is still free for all lower 48 states for those orders greater than $49.99.

When you place an order at ruthsbakingshed.com, it will now show your zone and shipping for that specific zone. Again, FREE SHIPPING for orders greater than $49.99.

Additionally, i have changed delivery for those orders that are within a 20-mile radius of Indianapolis.

Free delivery for those orders greater than $29.99. Those orders less than $29.99 are a flat delivery rate of $7.99.

Perfecting my red velvet cake recipe. Just a hint of a chocolate backdrop. Not a bland red velvet cake.

I don't typically like red velvet cake because it has no flavor (in my opinion).

I've been playing around with a few different recipes and different cocoa powders.

I think I've finally found one that gives a hint of chocolate in the background but not a "chocolate " cake. If I want a chocolate cake, I want to taste the chocolate!

I typically will frost with my ermine cream cheese frosting. It isn't an overly sweet frosting.
