Prior to working with Raashad, I was recovering from a knee replacement, gained a lot of weight and was facing several health issues.

In less than 4 months, Raashad helped me lose 30 pounds of fat, get off one of my blood pressure medications, and I’m on track to drop another medication soon!

I also just finished the entire football season with little to no pain in my repaired knee, and even the other knee that was supposed to need replacement feels great!

Now I have more energy, enjoy my 3 days per week in the gym, and can finally referee without pain or discomfort.
