Ride Hard in Heaven, Evan Leon Wilson ❤️

He was a dreamer, a doer, and a man who lived life with the throttle wide open. If something had an engine, he wanted to ride it, fix it, or push it to its limits. But more than speed, more than adventure—he loved his daughters and his dogs with a loyalty and depth that words could never quite capture.

He lived life in the fast lane, unapologetically himself, and always up for the next ride. To Knox, he was “Motorcycle Grandpa”—the guy with the coolest bald head, the loudest bike, and the biggest heart.

Evan raised two strong, independent women who carry his fire and determination in everything they do. His legacy isn’t just in the miles he rode or the machines he built, but in the strength of our families, the love he left behind, and the way he taught us all to go full throttle after what matters.

We’ll miss his words of wisdom, his grit, and his undeniable loyalty. But we know he’s out there somewhere, the wind at his back, riding free.

Rest easy, Evan. We’ll keep the rubber on the road for you.

Dad, you are the hardest-working, kindest, and funnest person I know. You’ve shaped so much of the man I am today, and for that, I’ll forever be grateful. Your love, your guidance, and the example you’ve set mean the world to me.

You’ve shown me what it means to be strong, selfless, and full of life. And let’s not forget- those epic dance moves! No one can light up a room like you.😎😎

I love you more than words can say. Here’s to 73 incredible years and many more to come. You’re the absolute best, Dad. We love you!

2024… what a YEAR! Reflecting on the past 12 months, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, growth, and excitement for what's to come. Here are my top 10 highlights- each one a reminder of the power of risk, connection, and showing up for the people that matter most.

1️⃣ Opened taking a huge leap, facing big challenges, and building something truly special. Our community here is growing, and the grind is WORTH IT.
2️⃣ Joined the board and leveled up by surrounding myself with next-level entrepreneurs who inspire me daily.
3️⃣ Traveled to Japan with Knox and my lifelong friend and his son Adam. What an adventure! From judo at the Kodokan to a Tokyo Giantsbaseball game, this was one for the books.
4️⃣ Had an epic retreat in Costa Rica with my Inspire forum brothers. Bonded, explored, and came back with new energy for life and business.
5️⃣ Flew to Paris with Sam and Knox to see our French fam (IYKYK) AND watched wrestling at the Olympics! Unreal.
6️⃣ Spoke in front of 500+ people at the Alchemy conference in Denver, sharing my story. Prepping for this talk and getting on stage was a powerful experience.
7️⃣ Traveled to Las Vegas for UFC 303 and NYC for UFC 309 to support my guy . Had a great time traveling with and hanging with friends AND nothjng beats showing up for your people.
8️⃣ Watched my dad's college basketball team get inducted into the Sonoma State Hall of Fame. It was so rad seeing my dad light up when he was hanging with all of his old teammates.
9️⃣ My baby boy Knox turned 8! Being his dad is the best job I’ll ever have. Cherishing these moments while they last.
🔟 Celebrated Christmas with my whole family at home. The laughter, love, and the chaos! Nothing compares.

To say I’m grateful is an understatement. Every one of these memories reminds me how blessed I am to chase my dreams, be surrounded by people I love, and make an impact.

2025, I’m coming for you. Let’s keep taking risks, building dreams, and lifting each other up. The best is yet to come. Lets GOOO!!!👊

As we celebrate the season, I want to express my deepest gratitude to our incredible team, clients, and community. YOU are the heart and soul of FQ10, and I’m honored to be part of this family.

This year was filled with highlights- opening Fitness Quest 10 North, achieving personal and team milestones, and continuing to impact lives through fitness and wellness. We also faced challenges, and I want to acknowledge those in our community who showed strength in the face of adversity.

Since 2000, Fitness Quest 10 has been more than just a gym; we’ve become a cornerstone of health, wellness, and transformation right here in Scripps Ranch. Your loyalty, trust, and belief in our mission have allowed us to grow and evolve, and we couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible community that has welcomed us for nearly 25 years.

This year has been one of great accomplishments, made possible by the dedication of our amazing team. While there have been many milestones, our biggest win was expanding our footprint in Scripps Ranch by opening Fitness Quest 10 North in the new Vons shopping center on Scripps Poway Parkway. This exciting new chapter allows us to serve more of our community and continue our mission of changing lives.

Knox, being your dad is hands-down the greatest thing in my life. You’ve taught me how to show up better every day- with heart, grit, and a whole lot of energy. Watching you grow into a strong, kind, and curious kid makes me so proud. You’re my reason to push harder and love deeper.

This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded just how lucky I am- not just because of you, Knox, but because of the incredible people in our lives. To all our family and friends: thank you for your love, support, and being part of our journey. Life’s a grind, but it’s one hell of a ride with the right people in your corner.

This weekend, I had the incredible privilege of heading to NYC to watch my longtime friend, Mike Chandler, step into the octagon at UFC 309. Mike and I go back over 10 years to when I had the honor of training him at Fitness Quest 10 during his time in San Diego. Watching him grow into one of the most respected and admired athletes in MMA has been quite a journey.

While the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for, Mike fought an incredible fight and gained even more love and respect from the MMA community. He’s a true champion in every sense of the word—not just because of his performance in the cage, but because of his character, grit, and the example he sets for others.

Another highlight of the trip was spending time with my brother and catching up with some great friends. There’s nothing like the electric energy of the Big Apple- the city that never sleeps.

Here’s to Mike, a warrior who continues to inspire us all with his determination and heart. 👊
