Attending sessions is serious business, Elite
I just wanted to share a very special goal that our shop got to see through for the first time this holiday season. When we started our automotive repair business 11 years ago, I had one goal I had set deep down in my heart: to give away a car to someone who truly needs it. Well this year, amongst the pandemic which took our 28% 1st quarter increase to an annual decline of 18% over last year, we still managed to pull off the most precious goal. When my customer (I don’t have permission to use his name yet) walked in, there was something that told me he was worth paying special attention to. He explained that he did t have money but he was a man of his word and if we were willing to take a chance on him, he wouldn’t let us down. Over the past year, he has been slowly plugging away at repairing his vehicle as he was capable, knowing the vehicle likely wasn’t worth it in value but it was all he had to work with. This man also has to drive over 4 hrs regularly to get to his doctors in order to keep his medication prescriptions filled and up to date. Often this means traveling over one of the most dangerous mountain passes in Colorado. I also found out he had been caring for his elderly father in law putting even more strain on his finances. But this man does it all with not one complaint. He has love and honor in his soul. So when his vehicle finally had its last run, leaving him with no way to get his medications, I knew we had to help. We had a vehicle we purchased to fix and use as a shop car, that was ready to go and it just felt right that it should be his. The Salvation Army stepped in and helped our shop put all the paperwork together. There were a lot of tears and hugs, and I can’t explain the joy in my heart. And when I look back at how this all came to be, the first person I want to say thank you to is our Elite Coach, Randy. Thank you for guiding us forward so that we are making realities of our dreams. Amongst all the set backs and challenges this year, we are able to manage our cash flow more effectively, we paid off all our personal debt and bought a new home to better serve our family, and I achieved my ultimate goal of giving away a car to someone who deserves and needs it most. What a Merry Christmas this has already been.
Season’s greeting to Everyone! Hope everybody is Healthy and Happy and getting Wealthier 😉.
Its my wish for everyone!
