My online client Kevin lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks working with me AND I helped him train for his first 10k run which he was able to successfully complete.

act… exercising and eating right is great for your overall health, but after 12 years of coaching I’ve realized a lot of people like to skip the boring stuff that adds up to a big change in their body composition. Sleep is important. Protein is important. Hydration is important. Before you self diagnose a metabolism or genetics problem… try being consistent with the little things first. 💪🏻

“I’ll start Monday” or “I’ll start next week”.
The infamous statement where goals and dreams die.
You don’t have to take crazy action right away to be success. The notion that you have to workout everyday for x amount of time is bu****it. But you do need to start making small changes to your lifestyle… eat a little better, move a little more, drink a little more water and less alcohol, get better sleep… in order to start seeing results.
Don’t let life pass you by thinking what could’ve been. Your health and fitness is way more important than most people think. Invest in yourself now, because the quality of life will be much less later on if you don’t.
