When Should You Do Your Grief Work? 07/01/2022

When Should You Do Your Grief Work? Have you ever heard that it takes half the time you were with someone to get over them? Or that it takes a certain amount of time to grieve the death of a loved one?

People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don't tell
you what you need to do to accomplish that. The Grief Recovery Method®
Outreach Program not only makes that possible, but provides
partnerships and guidance to ensure that it happens.

Buckeye Cruise For Cancer 2022❤️

I am truly amazed by the organization of the BC4C.
Shout out to all the volunteers, entertainers, alumni, and the Ohio State Greats for all your endless entertainment.
So much fun for such a great cause that is so dear to my heart. All the hard work that goes into BC4C does not go unnoticed. You are truly wonderful people!!!
The total money raised this year was over 3.7 million dollars for cancer research at the James.

I am so grateful for all the new friendships and memories made on this trip.

I will be photo dumping since I did not have service out on sea🙃

Thanksgiving traditions may be difficult to do without the energy of the missing loved one.
While Thanksgiving is a time of year to be thankful for what you have, it can be difficult to tap into positive thoughts when all you can think about is your loved one not there.
No matter what you’re feeling this Thanksgiving, it’s important to know that it’s okay to grieve. Grieving a recent death, or even one that happened a while back, is completely normal and acceptable.
Happy Thanksgiving to all those grieving a loved one 💕🦃💕

It was such an honor to attend Camp Widow in San Diego this year as a presenter. It felt absolutely amazing to go back to the place that changed my life and share my knowledge to help others navigate their widowed journey.

Our Keynote speaker this year was actor, Amy Yasbeck, John Ritters widow. It was was an honor to sit with while she shared her personal story with us.

It was such a fun weekend and full of inspiration, once again. I am always amazed with the amount of connections and friendships that take place at camp widow.

The best part of all..I got to see my “widow wifey” again😂 .anne.moore
