I’ll be subbing in for at starting at 10:30am - sign up online using the mindbody app. Bring your silk with you or rent one that you can keep for the whole month. I’m so honored to be able to continue serving my yoga and aerial community at this time 💚
is providing classes daily in a safe and clean environment. Here is what you can expect if you would like to safely attend an aerial or yoga class on our outdoor deck.
- You can reserve your space ahead of time to ensure you have a spot in our classes, which are currently provided in small groups.
- We will ask you to wear a mask until the start of class. Once class begins, you are welcome to remove it, or keep it on if you prefer.
- 6 foot spaces are marked on the ground for mat classes and using daisy chains for aerial classes to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
- Every student gets to use their own equipment, and sale items are all available upon arrival if you do not already have your own.
- Our instructors are fully prepared to provide hands off approaches and proper verbal cuing to ensure that all participants have an enjoyable and meaningful class.
