You love your kids more than anything…

But you also miss feeling confident in your body.

You miss getting dressed without trying to cover your stomach.

She’s a mom of 3. Who dis everything for her kids.

And most weekends are spent at her kids’ sports games.

These photoshoots will always mean more to me than pictures.

Because I remember the woman behind them.

The woman who was scared to start.
The woman who didn’t always feel confident.
The woman who had to stop picking herself apart and finally decide she was worth showing up for.

And no, it didn’t happen overnight.

It happened when I finally started showing up.

Getting my steps in.
Following my meals.
Lifting weights.
Showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
Not throwing everything away after one hard day.

That’s what built the confidence.

The follow through.

The photos were just the moment I got to see what I had been building the whole time.

And I want you to remember this…

You don’t need to feel confident to start.

You build confidence by showing yourself that you can keep going.

How did I lose my postpartum belly by 1 year postpartum?

Not with a waist trainer.
Not with detox teas.
Not with endless ab workouts.

In fact, I barely focused on ab exercises in the beginning.

What I focused on was the boring stuff that actually works:

✨ 8-10k steps a day
✨ 3-4 strength workouts a week
✨ 4 balanced meals a day
✨ Protein at every meal
✨ A calorie deficit I could stick to

That’s it.

I know social media makes it seem like there’s some secret to getting your body back after having a baby.

I remember looking around wondering if everyone else knew something I didn’t.

Maybe there was a special workout.
Maybe there was a supplement.
Maybe there was a shortcut.

But the truth is, there wasn’t.

The biggest thing I learned was that consistency matters more than perfection.

Some weeks I was exhausted.
Some weeks motherhood felt overwhelming.
Some weeks my workouts weren’t perfect.

But I kept showing up.

One walk.
One workout.
One meal at a time.

By 1 year postpartum, I had lost 30 lbs and felt stronger than I had in a long time.

Not because I found a secret.

Because I stopped looking for one and focused on the basics.
