Make a strong version of yourself.
has been showing passion and curiosity for fitness, at the beginning we focus on a lot of compound exercises since his primary goal was to gain muscle mass, after 4 months we introduced, functional and dynamic exercises that helped him to improve moment patter, coordination, and mobility and burn extra unnecessary calories.
We are still working on his goals while we celebrate the small little victories.

Strive for PROGRESS, not perfection.
With a lot of information on the internet, it's hard to follow a consistent routine for someone who wants to lose weight, get in shape, or gain some muscle mass. The answer is simple, work with a CPT to guide you, motivate you and keep yourself accountable when you need it the most.
