On June 28th I will be starting up a shredded up summer challenge. It’s a hot girl 2021 summer! We were locked up last year, but now we’re back!! Vacations, beach parties, pool parties - the whole works. I’m currently doing my own little challenge as well and would like to get you on board as well.
I’m sure you’re asking hmmm 🤔 what’s the cost, what’s included, and what do I win? We will get to that 😂
Cost $125, which includes:
1. Meal plan
2. Workout plan (different workouts weekly)
3. Cardio plan
4. Two times a week check ins
Length of the challenge = 6 weeks
