Have you ever gotten a bag of avocados just to go home and find out all of them are tough as a rock and not as creamy as you'd like them?
Well, hold off on signing off these quality fat-abundant fruits, because there is indeed a solution!
And no, the solution is NOT putting them in an oven and hoping they'll soften up.
Just get some ripe bananas and let them chill with the avocados for a while!
Bananas release a gas called "ethene" that makes other fruits around them ripen!
Try it.

The answer is... False.
Though many people may promote intermittent fasting as the best way to build muscle,
because it raises testosterone, the truth is much more different.
If you are an active trainee, muscle building is a constant process that requires you to
frequently provide building materials (protein).
Of course, that does not mean you should always be eating, but it is likely a better idea
to distribute your protein evenly throughout the day, in 3
-
4 high
-
protein feedings.

Furthermore, eating a high
-
protein meal within 2 hours on both sides of training has
been proven to optimize the body's anabolic (constructive) response.
Certainly, you can build muscle with intermittent fasting, but it will likely be at a
suboptimal rate!

Though it is something we do on a day - to - day basis, stair climbing is one of the best lower body exercises.
It utilizes the quadriceps, it utilizes the hamstrings, and even the glutes.
But what makes it so effective?
Well, if you think about it, each stair climbed is a quarter squat.
On ONE leg.
If you take 2 stairs at a time, that's almost a parallel squat on one leg.
Furthermore, your entire body is keeping you balanced, AND you are going up which adds extra resistance.
Whenever you encounter stairs in your daily life, think of it as a mini - work
out!
This mini workout may not bring results like heavy squats would, but it will keep your lower body active, healthy, good - looking and will more than likely improve circulation
and make you feel better, overall.
