Training Run 1 for 2023 is now scheduled for April 23rd, 2023! This will be a joint effort with the crew from SD100.

Start Time: 7:00AM
Location: Red Tail Roost Trailhead
Route: 16.2 miles out and back, mostly along the PCT 50 course
Notes: An aid station will be available at the turnaround after crossing the highway at Penny Pines. PCT 50 runners will turn around and retrace their steps back to Red Tail Roost Trailhead, or you can follow the SD100 runners into the Laguna area, both will end up back at Red Tail Roost Trailhead!

RSVP: Again, please RSVP via Strava group SWTR so we know how many to expect.

It looks like the snow received up on the training route between Wednesday and Thursday will not have a chance to dissipate enough to allow for a training run. On top of that, road conditions may be dangerous and I want to make sure you all make it to race day!

We are cancelling tomorrow's training run on April 1st, and will let everyone know if we can find a suitable date to reschedule.

Training Run #2 is still scheduled for April 30th!

Thanks for your understanding!
