Happy Monday! Day one done!!!! Woo!!!

Pumped for this months workouts, going to try all of these awesome programs on this cute calendar out to get ready for the new program launch! It is called 9 week control freak VIP boot camp and I am getting excited for it to come out!

I have been using this platform for working out, accountability and just having a great support system and is has helped me stay sane during this crazy covid time!

This plus tuning into my zumba classes will be so much fun! 💃🎉

Today during our virtual Zincon convention we had such an important presentation by our amazing presenters who talked about their experience growing up black and educated us on how to help bring change. Not only did they present in this way, they also taught some powerful dances. It was so inspiring, emotional, and fun all at the same time! Thank you for being such a great example to us all!
