I didn't realize until my light had been dark for so long that it was slowly being extinguished. And then one day, I read this quote and it literally changed my life.

Today, I use a gratitude journal to record everything I'm grateful for. It's amazing how much better my life is. Here's today's entry:

I am so grateful and blessed to have a community of amazing friends in my life because as a group we support our losses and celebrate our wins.
