Or whatever protein works for you! Then you can make tacos, pasta or stir fry even frozen veggies works! Pre bake some spaghetti squash for low carb pasta! Little healthy work arounds are key!!The big ridiculous salad 🥗 takes maybe 15 mins to prep. The bags of salad are not fresh. Fresh is more nutritious. Old produce loses its vitamins and antioxidants as it gets older and I throw away produce all the time for lack of time or planning. I’m learning to plan better . Frozen veggies are flash frozen at the peak of ripeness.

My Sunday was a fun day! A Clothes swap at a dear friends house and then seeing my friend Veronica DJ Cuica play a party at one of my favorite places to dance!💃🏼 🪩🎧🎶💃🏽💃🏻💕✨The best part is I was dancing on/off but mostly on and I’m feeling good. Knee and hip problems are finally fading away! ❤️‍🩹💎💪
