Our motions could lead us to injury when performing wrong movement in any particular exercise. We found your solution to stop adding a lot of tension on the shoulder joint when pressing or pulling!! 🤔
These are things that sometimes we don’t take in consideration and we just want to move that weight! But, the degree with the motion of the body stimulates the muscle for a better muscle contraction and stretch when you are triggering the muscles right without putting pressure or tension on the joints!! 💪🏼

How far can you move? 🤸🏻♀️
Movement is where our bodies can move freely without experiencing any discomfort or tightness. The more flexible you are the better you will perform in a daily task or sport activities.
We recommend to practice your flexible 3-4 times a week for minimal of 20-30 mins. ✅
Practice 3 types of ranges of motions: passive, active, and active assistance.
🔺Passive ROM: Movement being applied by an object or machine while the joint is relax.
🔺Active ROM: Movement being applied to the joint without adding exterior force just by simply moving own body weight.
🔺Active Assisted ROM: Movement being added by an exterior force such as another person going against your own force or machine.
The more the flexible the movable you will become and easier it is to move around comfortable!
