Brynn is a senior at U of U graduating in Nursing this December.

As I begin this new chapter of my life, I feel my heart aligning with what it feels pulled to do. π©·π©·π©·
Itβs exciting and scary, but deep down, I have an inner peace. Earlier this year, I experienced some misalignment, and the contrast has made me deeply grateful for the sense of peace and inner knowing I feel now. π
Aligning with my heart and dreams requires action. Knowing what action to take is great, but actually taking that action requires courage, especially in the face of physical setbacks and hiccups.
Iβve heard people say, βOnce I know the how, Iβll do it.β But what they forget is that itβs not the how that drives you forwardβitβs your why that gives you the courage to do it.
Once you are aligned and know your why, it pulls you into action and gives you the strength to overcome any obstacles.π₯

This one food item is a superfood π€© because it contain all 9 essential anino acidsβ¦a complete protein.
To all of you trying to get more protein this is a great source of plant π based protein!
I like to make these at the beginning of the week and toss it into my power bowl, power salads, soups, or just eat it alone for a quick snack.π
I cook it in the instapot for 1 minute. Let it natural cool for 6 minutes.
I add 1 cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water. I also add a veggie bouillon to the water to enhance the flavor!
