Strengthening our anterior oblique sling will improve our performance in any activities that require the transition of power from the lower body to the upper body.

It also improves core stability in explosive movements like weightlifting and sprinting. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

In addition, it contributes to accelerating the body, but also to rotating and decelerating it during the change of direction. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Yes, we love core exercises ๐Ÿ˜Ž I always encourage people to strengthen their core, most of the time we neglect it because we donโ€™t know how to properly train it.

When you hear โ€œcore stabilityโ€ that doesn't mean having a 6 or 8 pack. Core stability is the ability to support and stabilize the torso. With any movement, we want to limit the spine from excessive, uncontrolled movement. Whether it's flexion, extension, or rotation under a load! too much unwanted spinal movement will cause pain in your lower back.

Now let's go get that strong core ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ I promise it will be so fun !

Push-ups are one of my favorites exercises.
When I started getting into fitness I remember trying to do at least 10 push-ups a day. It is so hard when you donโ€™t exercise at all ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I never thought that one daybi would be able to do explosive push-ups!!
It's crazy how we set limits on our minds. That's why it's always good having someone else to push you pass your limits, otherwise, I would be still thinking that I am not strong enough.

Now my next goal itโ€™s to do 10 explosive push-ups back to back ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ.

The first time trying hip thrusters was in May of this year vs where I currently am now. I never set a goal or anything I just kept doing progressively, and GUESS WHAT ??? Now I can run 13.2 miles up a mountain carrying weight on my back within 2 hours ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Our body is amazing ! You will surprise by all the things you will be able to do once you start being active ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ,. No baby gluteus here ! ๐Ÿ—ฃ
