It hard to take your next step:
it looks like a big risk, but we still have to think about it because we live in different times.
I had to do it and so can you; it is time to change our mindset about our next career step and even if you're scared, start thinking about it. You will find it.
I am repeating this message over and over again because I see what happens when people graduate and don't have a job or people get laid off over and over again.
I see it with my clients every single day. I feel the responsibility to tell what's happening in the real world so that we can give real advice, good advice- not recommendations from 10 years ago that used to work.
We have to know what's happening today in the workplace.
So many people feel stuck in their career! What do you do when everything seems to be changing! Get your own agency and ask important questions!
People ask me what I did to change the trajectory of my career and here is what I did!
Workplace is still not women friendly! So women make different choices. This Forbes article was about the new trend. It is continuing in 2026 too!
Best question you can ask yourself before you find yourself in a box that limits your life!
Ask this question anytime in your life because it will evolve over time too.
Do not blindly accept what you inherited cause it might not be aligned with you.
Paycheck meants stability and security! Not anymore.
It is even more vital to think what we can do on our own.
We as parents have to get out of the box in our mindset as we give guidance to our children.
The guidance that worked for you is not working for them so please stay open minded and explore different options with them.
Nobody knows exactly what's gonna look like in 5 years even but that's why we need to look for more than one path.
