I could use your help and others who have any references. I have a friend who has to battle with her hospital about the vaccine. The employees who do not want vaccinated have to fight the CEO/Board/Etc to avoid vaccination. Especially with the new mandates coming down. She has been on the frontline since the beginning without illness. She/they are also not seeing in the hospitals what the overwhelming news narrative is showing. I have read several studies and other reputable information...but it is really hard to find those things by internet search.

If I just need to tour your page and find them, that's fine, but I thought I would reach out for a good source on real info on the vaccination (reactions/testing/mortality/etc). So many people are being silenced, it is hard to find.

Thanks to you for being loud on all these subjects. It's sad that honesty takes so much bravery. That we risk everything to speak out about what we believe, or that we simply want a neutral truth. As a mother, I am terrified how this vaccine is being mass marketed to young people and children with devastating side effects...then being called a wacko and conspiracy theorist for my legitimate concerns. I have an ex-husband to try and agree with now. Many of us are in that hard place. Many will lose their jobs. Millions are being bullied with bad information, and it makes me sad and sick.

Our ability to adapt to life events and the response changes. Our relationships change. Our purpose refines. We become more connected. Stronger. More challenged and stimulated. We become wiser. Less educated. What we need to consume, digest and assimilate varies and the only person who knows what your body needs at any given time is you.

How do you approach your meals? Where do you get your food from? What are all the things that you consider nourishment? When you approach a meal, where is your mind? How much time do you give yourself to consume and process? Where is your mind when you’re preparing your meals? How do you feel before, during and after every ounce of nourishment? What emotions are you experiencing before, during and after all meals? A happy doughnut is healthier than a sad salad. A happy relationship is healthier than a sad juice. A happy career is healthier than a sad supplement and herb line. A happy relationship with a farmer is healthier than a sad prepackaged meal or meal powders in canisters.

Injuries originate from the body’s inability to adequately absorb and transmit force. Walking, rolling over in bed, playing paddle ball, breathing, an emotional response etc. When you experience injury your body will create a healing response: inflammation, pain, swelling, tight muscles, height shoulder, short leg, twisted hips, shifted spine etc. All healing responses and not things to remove or eliminate. True healing at the source means you must get THE ENTIRE BODY back online, equipped, resilient, nourished, strong, gritty, connected, uneducated…more human. Wrist pain? Back pain? Foot pain? Everything needs to be addressed from toes to thumbs. Your ability to move, body wide, needs to increase as well as many other factors, but your total body strength for all things intellectual, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. That is rehab. That is training. Anything else falls short and will leave you desperate, depressed, devolved, disconnected, but pain free…for a short delusional while.

I was going to separate kids from this demand, but since kids are at an extreme record high level of de-evolution because of fragile, sick, weak, unaccountable, irresponsible “parents” let’s just keep them in their as well. Kids don’t buy themselves tablets. Kids don’t buy groceries. Kids don’t buy phones. They don’t sign themselves up for bu****it organized sports and lessons and camps and activities and appointments to keep them from the beautiful paradise of boredom and imagination. Kids are imitating YOU. Feeling you. Watching you. Listening to you. Thinking of cheating on your wife or husband? They know. Cheating on your wife or husband? They know. Lying to your wife or husband? They know. Negative relationship with food, movement, sunshine, breath, prayer, self? They know. Hate your job even though it buys you s**t you don’t need and costs you your peace and life? They know.

Everybody is born to be “The Sh*t.” But in order to live a life that is human, to walk your medicine that is human, to heal the only way one does, human, you are going to need to be thought foolish, selfish, stupid, dangerous, self righteous, opinionated, harsh, extreme, weird, isolated, private, a charlatan. Especially with the way the world is headed, not just those supporting the lie, but those fighting against the effects of the lie but still not acknowledging that there is actually a lie being told, a story, a tale, and in my opinion those are the most dangerous of all humans right now, and yet another reason to be thought foolish, selfish and stupid and take care of only YOU, first. If you are not a completely different version of your self today than two years ago, the f**k are you doing? If you aren’t stronger, grittier, more connected, at peace, sun bathed, leaner, wiser, less educated, less scheduled, more rested, more nourished, less dazzled by the show and all it’s actors especially social media celebrity newbies, the f**k have you been doing?

When you put in the work, the 1000+ brush strokes per day, when you truly make every inch of your life your medicine, raise your level of adaptation of the entire system, when you sit basking in your Truth, it doesn’t matter what’s going on in your environment, you will stand unphased. Whether you are sitting at a “horror film” in life, surrounded by energy vampires and social vultures, your blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones remain in healing states, because it’s a comedy to you. When your family is posed with a dilemma and a job change, a new home, new state, new everything is the solution, you will calmly stare this input in the face, smile and say “let’s do this.” (David Hwang style.) No matter what is going on in the world around you, you will sit in your paradise, always. Constantly healing. Constantly leveling up. Constantly adapting. And it’s at this moment in your medicine, when every decision, every choice, every option becomes simple and clear. Who you’re supposed to involve yourself with, clear. Who you’re supposed to cut out of your life, clear. What you’re supposed to nourish yourself with, clear. Where to source your nourishment, clear. What you’re supposed to do for a living, clear. When experiencing soft tissue injury symptoms, the body is telling you that you are currently not prepared to adapt to your environment. Even if the environment was falling off a 3rd floor building or stepping off of a curb or rolling over in bed. Damage occurred because you could not adapt to your exposed environment. Now you have two choices. 1. Never be exposed to that environment again or try to change the environment to fit your unprepared system. 2. Prepare your entire system to a level greater than your environment. I love the latter because it is absolute Truth and freedom. The majority will pick number 1: symptom based treatments, braces on ankles and knees, special shoes, oils herbs and supplements for pain and inflammation, icing, passive treatments like Chiro/massage/acupuncture etc to lessen symptoms and disconnect you from cause or healing, avoiding doing the things they love like dancing, hiking, golfing, fornicating, travel. Being terrified to live any life at all for fear of trauma. Imprisoned by your own body. Hell on Earth. If you truly want to live freely when it comes to injury, you will need to teach the body how to adapt to whatever environment you plan on being in, and then more for the unexpected events. You must stimulate your system emotionally, mentally and physically greater than any stimulus or input that caused trauma or damage. You must do this multiple times a day, everyday. You must consume different nourishment. Change your sleep. Change all of your stories on how the body actually becomes injured, how it heals, and what exactly is your role. Change who you hang out with or affiliate yourself with. Your natural light exposure. Your movements. Your intention. Your consistency. Your reason. Your purpose. Am I clear yet? Because what happens when you do this effectively is you have the utmost confidence there is no environment you’re not prepared to adapt to, none. That’s freedom. That’s Truth. That’s human. It’s 100% your choice.
