Your body is capable of more power than you think.

The Kettlebell Rotational Cross-Body Clean trains your body to generate and control force through rotationβ€”bringing your hips, core, shoulders, arms, and legs together in one explosive movement.

πŸ‘‡πŸΏ Here’s why this movement matters:

1. Builds Rotational Power
Driving the kettlebell across your body teaches your hips and core to generate force while your upper body controls the finish.

2. Builds Full-Body Coordination
Your lower and upper body have to work together through every rep, improving balance, timing, and body control.

3. Develops Athletic Strength
You’re training strength, power, rotation, grip, and stability at the same timeβ€”qualities that carry over far beyond the gym.

Real strength isn’t just about how much you can lift. It’s about how well your body can produce and control force.

πŸ“Œ Save this one for your next functional training session.

If this is the kind of training that resonates with you and you’re looking for a program built around your goals, DM me β€œATHLETE” and let’s get to work.
