After 3 months of being shutdown, WilPower Fitness Home studio will be opening up for business Monday 13 July 2020.

I will be following all CDC Corona Virus protocols. The Fitness Studio will be completely cleaned and sanitized before and after each training session. Masks are required in the studio, clean towels and bottled water will be provided. Ample Disinfecting Wipes will be on hand for clients use.

I’m looking for a few clients who are interested in one on one training. My home Fitness Studio is very clean, with the latest Fitness Equipment.
The past 16 years I have been helping Baby Boomers improve their Quality of Life (QOL) by becoming stronger, more flexible, improving their core, and aerobic capacity. Give me a call to check it out.

Cleaned my WilPower Fitness Studio today and it’s S**c and Span for my clients to workout this coming week👍

They’ll be spending lots of time on functional training, since I have shifted my focus to training baby boomers. At my age I can relate to what training they’ll need, and want, to improve their nutrition, balance, flexibility, range of motion and Strength to improve their Quality of Life (QOL), and get them moving like their younger years.


I have been reflecting on the Idea Fitness Convention I attended for 4 days this past week in Anaheim, CA. The enthusiasm and energy at the Conference was electric, and I left feeling energized and motivated!

Although receiving a new right shoulder in Mid February, which limited my activity, I was still able to take functional training classes, and learned the latest nutrition studies, new balance techniques, the importance of Fascia, the latest changes in Fitness, and much more.

I’ve also come to the conclusion that I enjoy training Baby Boomers the most, and I can make a big difference in improving their lives at my WilPower Fitness Studio. BB’s are motivated to improve their Quality of Life, they work hard, are punctual, and have a desire to do their best!

After spending 45 years in Fitness, building 3 new gyms on USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63), and owning/Operating my home Fitness Studio 15 years, I’m still motivated to improve client’s Health and enjoy doing so.

Break on 56 mile bike ride at Kings Winery Estate in Eugene, OR on June 8th, 2014. lunch was good and the ride even better.


On my way back to San Diego after 5 great days of bicycle riding and Ride Leader Training for Bicycle Adventure Club (BAC) in Eugene, OR.

Beautiful place, and lots of super rides. Eugene is ranked #7 in the country for riding.

Will be bike leader for Paso Robles Ramble in beautiful Paso Robles, CA next Feb. fun times ahead!
