Exactly 1 month ago (but whose counting? 🤷🏻‍♀️😆) our Q moved into his dorm to start his college journey. I knew one day we’d have to share you with the world. I just didn’t know that time would come so soon🥹. Our new Aztec is doing so well adulting and adjusting to college life. I know we have it pretty easy with him being less than an hour away from home😆. We see him at least once a week and sometimes for a brief meal but I’ll take any second to see my boy 🥰. Quincy, we are so proud of you! Keep shining my boy and don’t forget to invite us to your next show and call us all the time and return our texts 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Love yah 😘😘😘

Please join us tomorrow, 7/9 (7pm) in celebration of the wonderful years Quincy has had as a Young Lion, showcasing his original compositions he’s worked on all year! This will be his last feature before he officially graduates from and pursues a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies for piano at San Diego State University in the fall ❤️🖤. I have a long list of thank you’s so I’ll try and be brief before the “roll the music” cuts me off 😂.

Thank you friends and family for your continued support throughout these years from attending his concerts and for rolling up by the vans full to pack the house 😆. It means the world ❤️🙏🏼

I never thought this day would come this quickly. One minute he was a kindergartner, the next he’s graduating high school🥹 Words can’t express how very proud we are of you our dear Quincy 😊. Our hearts are overflowing with so much joy and gratitude🙏🏼❤️. What a blessing it has been to be your parents and to witness your wonderful journey. If you know our Q, if he says he’s going to do something, he’s going to do it! Luckily everything he’s done has been nothing but amazing things. Always looking out for the interest of others and our world before his own😊. Thank you family and friends for your continued support and for coming out and celebrating this momentous occasion with us🥰. It truly means so much🙏🏼
Quincy, I will miss seeing your face everyday at school. I will miss you coming to my office to invade my snack drawer😆 but more so when you come in with all your friends just to say hi 🥰

Spent the whole day in PD (Professional Development) as we prepared to welcome back our students for the spring semester tomorrow. An important piece of the preparation is our wellness😊. Thank you CCA teachers and staff for spending part of your morning with me as we focused our yoga practice on being fully present with ourselves so that we can be fully present with our students🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼❤️. It was truly an honor to guide you through your practice 🥰
