I was homeless in the middle of my prep.
I didnāt know where I would be sleeping, but I still woke up with a dream I refused to abandon.
Eventually, I found housing. I worked, paid for my shows, and continued preparing to step onstageāall while carrying battles most people never saw.
Then, right after the show, I ended up homeless again.
My confidence slipped. My hormones fluctuated. Life threw every curveball it could, and some days, the weight I carried outside the gym felt heavier than anything I could lift inside it.
But when so much of my life was outside of my control, I held tightly to the things that were still mine:
My effort.
My discipline.
My attitude.
My commitment to keep showing up.
Training didnāt make my problems disappear. Consistency didnāt mean I was unaffected by the chaos. It gave me something solid to stand on while everything around me felt uncertain.
Thatās what consistency really became for me:
A constant that converted into peace inside the chaos.
Being homeless showed me that I can survive more than I ever believedāand still pursue the dreams placed on my heart. It taught me that your circumstances can challenge your identity, but they do not get to decide it.
So if life is testing you right now, donāt wait until everything feels perfect to begin moving forward.
Control what you can.
Keep one promise to yourself today.
Then keep another tomorrow.
You may not be able to choose every trial you faceābut you can choose whether it becomes the place where your story ends or the place where you rise.
This is not just a physique.
This is proof that even when life strips away your comfort, your confidence, and your sense of security, it still cannot take away your capacity to become.
Rise anyway. š¤

The physical change is just the byproduct. š§ š„
When people see these transformation photos, they notice the leaner waistlines, broader shoulders, and muscle definition. But what you donāt see in these slides is:
The confidence gained in and out of the gym
The energy levels restored through proper nutrition
Breaking the cycle of starting over every Monday
The habits built to sustain these results for life.
Transforming your body isnāt about quick fixes; itās about building a lifestyle you can stick to long-term.

Can you see me
This is a side of me many of you have never seen. The side thatās deeply searching for meaning, understanding, & sense amongst the chaos of this life. Asking can you see me? Will you see me? Can you seem to understand? Itās deeper than coaching. Itās deeper than healing myself. Itās creating a safe space in nature the way people have always failed me. Itās finding peace & content in the solitude that everything in nature purely exists & expects nothing. What is meant to be is meant to be itās just the circle of life.
These are my messages in bottles. Hoping that they wash upon the shore of somebodies life that reads the message and feels seen, heard, or understood.
āSo you start carrying quietly again.ā
This hit me right in the chest. How many of us are trapped in this exact loop? We wait until we are completely crushed before we let anyone in, and the moment they lend a hand, the guilt eats us alive so we pull back.
If youāre trapped in this cycle today: I see you.
But please remember that love is a two-way street. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed to need people.
To anyone currently panicking because the energy in the room shifted: Take a deep breath. Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw.
Your childhood taught you that you had to be perfect to be safe. Your adulthood is going to teach you that you are allowed to just be. It takes time to rewrite the script. Be gentle with yourself. āØ
