They told me coaching myself was a mistake. They said the final weeks of prep require an objective eye, a second opinion, or a recognized coach to spot what Iād miss. But I knew better. I didnāt just listen to the doubt; I channeled it into proof.
At 16.5 weeks out, weāre not just close; weāre ready. While many said I couldnāt pull it off, look where I stand. Iām LEANER than Iāve ever been. My health is optimized, my nutrition is perfectly dialed, and my energy is through the roof. I am FULLER than any time Iāve stepped on stage, holding on to every gram of hard-earned muscle. Every morning check-in isnāt just a review; itās a testament to the belief in my own methods.

Just wanted to show my transformation in the past 15 months packed on a lot of size in my improvement season for my upcoming bodybuilding show in August this is a 25lb difference š„¹ itās not much but I can for sure see the improvements Iāve made & I wanted to say this is what consistent work gets you.
