PART 1 OF 4 OF MY APPROACH TO WELLNESS
1) Movement: Our bodies need to move correctly, in ways that we were designed to move. They also need to be challenged, safely. My training style makes use of yoga, functional movements, weightlifting, kettlebell work, and mobility/flexibility work. In working together, your body will become strong, resilient, and agile.

Hello there, my name is Wyatt Duncan. You can call me Coach Wyatt! Wyatt Duncan Performance was birthed out of a desire to contribute to a more whole way of approaching human longevity and well-being. It is my belief that in changing the way that we relate to and treat our bodies, we change the way we see ourselves and the people around us. In turn, the world will be a more conscious, healthy, vital place.
