Last month I donated my hair(14”) for .for.kids . I am surprised so many of my friends don’t even know that you can donate hair. Well now you do :) it’s a pretty simple process. 1. Grow your hair 12inch+ 2. Get it cut into ponytails 3. Ship them to charity of your choice. ✅ the only challenging part for me was to have patience to not cut my hair for 2 and a half year. But I’d say it was totally worth it. Originally I planned to donate on my birthday but ended up doing it 9 months late on my mum’s birthday! :)

Working on your ? Try out with couple helps with core as well as arm balance. Usually part of various forms of and . Find your way to high plank, roll your body forward and slowly bend your elbow. You can follow up with cobra pose or after this pose!
