Yesterday we learned an important lesson! Run a killer special, prep extra dough! Our vegan birria Detroit pizza collab is back on today and tomorrow, *should* have enough for everyone. Also available gluten free. Online orders, call ins, and the usual 3rd party delivery available.

collaboration coming Nov. 3 - 5! Delicious tacotarian vegan Birria, cilantro lime sauce, and consume atop our slightly sourdough Detroit pizza. Topped with sliced red onion and cilantro. This was an absolute banger during our test run. Will be available by the whole pie and by the slice for the weekend. Big thanks to Kristen and Tom from tacotarian for the match made in heaven. NOTE: this will only be available vegan!

The tavern pie has landed. Available in 18” and 14” pies, dairy and vegan, for dine in/takeout/3rd party delivery. We may occasionally run out of this as we adjust dough production to meet demand. Special thanks to and for some helpful hints to get this recipe to where we wanted🍻

THIS IS NOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT *CORNMEAL TRIGGER WARNING* we will be serving a “thin n crispy” aka “tavern style” pizza soon. This style has many regional quirks and variations, our style will be as such: crisp, not crunch. Thinner than other places. Flavorful sauce (garlic, onion, and fennel, not too thin). Not too heavy on cheese and toppings. Easily crushable. Whether yer from Chicago, St. Louis, Padiwatucket ….. ummmm… hopefully it’s like a crispy lil snapshot of home.
