This question set me back from taking up space and sharing my story. The reality of it all is that no one can create what you can create because nobody is YOU.

Hey everyone - I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my business CASA SILKA. Under one roof you'll find movement, healing arts, local community events and international retreats.
This idea came to me in 2019. I shelved it from 2020-2022 (for many reasons) and at the beginning of this year I promised myself that I'd stop playing small. So here I am pouring my heart and soul into this new adventure - I hope you'll come along for the ride✨
