Preparing for Marriage and Marriage Coaches - Rock Church San Diego Mark and Karen have been married 45 years, raised 4 children and have 7 grandchildren.
We are dedicated to helping couples establish a strong foundation for a successful marriage. We serve together in the Marriage and Family ministry at the Rock Church www.sdrock.com teaching premarital and coaching marriages. Karen lead the Rock Church Women's Ministry for the past 18 years. Mark was the Rock's COO and Ex. Pastor for the past 11 years. We now focus our on time on the www.MarriageRefuge.com a place for marriages to go from Surviving to Thriving!
