🏆 Best Consumer App
🏆 Best Healthcare & Wellness Solution
This one means a lot to us.
FunFitLand has always been built with one simple belief: movement should feel more immersive, joyful, and human. To be recognized alongside so many inspiring XR projects is a huge encouragement — and a reminder that we’re moving in the right direction.
Thank you to every FunFitLander who has tried a workout, shared feedback, sent encouragement, invited a friend, or simply kept showing up.
Together, we built something worth celebrating.
And we’re just getting started. 💛

Hey FunFitLanders! For a long time, we’ve heard something very clear from this community: Sometimes, working out feels better when you know someone else is showing up too. And sometimes, you don’t want to push harder. You just want a beautiful place to slow down, breathe, enjoy a quiet moment, and simply be.
This update is our first big step toward both.
FunFitLand is no longer just a place to work out alone — it’s becoming a space to move, connect, and simply be.
With the new Activity Feed, you can follow fellow members and see real movement happening around you — the workouts they complete and Love, the achievements they earn, and the goals they reach. Your own moments can be seen and celebrated too: receive Kudos and feel supported by people moving alongside you.
With Space, FunFitLand now has a new kind of experience. No pressure. No goals. Just beautiful places where you can slow down, enjoy solitude, reset, and simply be for a while.
We also rebuilt the way you start workouts, so you can view more details, check tags, and choose whether to skip the warm-up before you begin.
And for shared-headset users, Multiple Profiles are now easier to manage, with profile renaming, profile pictures, and profile removal.
This update was shaped by your feedback, your testing, and the way you’ve helped us understand what FunFitLand can become. Try it out and let us know how it feels — especially Activity Feed and Space. We’re excited to keep building this next chapter with you. 🙌

🌀 This Week in FunFitLand: Caught in the Flow 🌀
Hey FunFitLanders ! This week’s new drops have a lot of continuity to them in different ways — wave patterns that keep building, strikes that link together, core work driven by rhythm, breath-led movement, and one very fast session that cuts straight through the middle of it all. Here’s what’s new this week 👇
🌊 Battle Rope Lab: Waves (15 min · Medium)
A battle rope workout built around wave drills, rope combinations, and steady full-body work that keeps you moving the whole time. A good next step if you want to build control and endurance while keeping the movement dynamic.
🎯 Best for: Battle rope coordination, cardio, rhythm, full-body endurance
💥 Abs Rhythm Blast 3 (14 min · Intense)
A fast-moving core workout with changing directions, quick combos, and lots of movement packed into a short window. It keeps the abs involved from multiple angles.
🎯 Best for: Core training, intense cardio, full-body coordination
🔄 Swing & Strike (12 min · Medium)
This one is built around connected movement, where strikes, ducks, and rotations all feed into one another. There’s a strong sense of continuity to it, especially through the shoulders and lower back, and the whole session feels less like separate actions and more like one long phrase.
🎯 Best for: Rotational movement, upper-body mobility, coordination
🌿 Qi Gong 3 (13 min · Light)
A quiet FlowFit session centered on breath, attention, and the four basic principles of Qi: floating, sinking, spreading, and gathering. The pace is calm, but there’s a lot to tune into, both physically and mentally.
🎯 Best for: Breathwork, recovery, mindful movement
⚡ 5 MIN FAST BURNING 12 (6 min · Intense)
Short, loud, and very direct. Explosive punches, quick combos, and low strikes all hit fast, with rock energy pushing the whole thing forward from the first second. No long setup here — just a quick burst designed to get in, hit hard, and get out.
🎯 Best for: Short intense cardio, explosive punch work, fast energy
✨ A week of waves, rhythm, breath, and just enough chaos to keep the current moving.

🎬 This Week in FunFitLand: Chase, Twist, Defend, Burn 🎬
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s new drops feel a little more cinematic. Some classes throw you straight into the action, while others stay more grounded but still carry a strong sense of rhythm, progression, and atmosphere. Altogether, it’s a lineup with a lot of movement—and a little more story than usual.
Here’s what’s new this week 👇
🏃 In Pursuit (13 min · Intense)
This one pulls you in almost immediately. The timing is sharp, the cinematic soundtrack sets the tone right away, and the whole workout feels like a chase scene that keeps building.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, immersive combat
🗡️ Flying Daggers 2 (13 min · Medium)
A return to the cinematic world of Flying Daggers, inspired by the grandeur and grace of classic kung-fu films. With flowing shapes, controlled power, and a sense of story running through the movement, this session feels like stepping back into a warrior journey for a few songs. Rich in atmosphere and full of character, it brings that same martial-arts spirit into a new chapter.
🎯 Best for: Groove with atmosphere, full-body flow, core work
👟 Low Impact Cardio 4 (22 min · Medium)
A longer low-impact combat workout that keeps joint stress low without losing its energy. It builds intensity while staying smooth and controlled, making it a good reminder that lower impact does not have to mean lower engagement.
🎯 Best for: Joint-friendly cardio, sustained movement, low-impact training
🌶️ 5 MIN CORE TWIST 3 (8 min · Medium)
A short functional combat session built around cross punches, rotation, and a steady Latin pulse. A nice one for days when you want focused core work with strong musical drive.
🎯 Best for: Core engagement, rotational control, balance
🔥 10 MIN LEG BLAST (13 min · Intense)
A direct lower-body challenge built around rhythmic squats and lunges. It keeps the focus where it should be—front, side, and turning leg work—while the music keeps the burn from feeling too heavy. Tough, clear, and very leg-focused from start to finish.
🎯 Best for: Lower-body burn, squat and lunge work, intense Groove training, players who want a focused leg session
✨ A week with pursuit, precision, and just enough drama to make every class feel a little more vivid.

🌀 This Week in FunFitLand: Easy In, Full On 🌀
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s lineup has a nice progression to it. There’s a workout built specifically to help you ease in, a couple that really reward timing and musical feel, one that goes fully committed from the first track, and two Groove sessions that take things in very different directions. Here’s what’s new this week 👇
☀️ 5 MIN WAKE UP CALL (6 min · Light)
It's a short warm-up-focused combat workout designed to help you arrive before the real work starts. Compared with the usual quick intro, this one spends much more time opening up the body, with a full six-move warm-up flow led by Coach Mike over the first two minutes. It came from community feedback asking for a dedicated short prep session before training, and it fills that role really nicely: simple, useful, and easy to fit in.
🎯 Best for: Pre-workout prep, gentle activation, full-body warm-up
🌀 Vibrant Energy Flow (16 min · Medium)
A playful combat workout with same-side punches, smooth 360° footwork, and a strong sense of musical timing throughout. There’s enough variation and clever structure to keep the longer songs feeling active and fun. A very enjoyable one if you like workouts that feel carefully built around the music.
🎯 Best for: Cardio, musical movement, footwork flow
🔥 We Go ALL IN 2 (15 min · Intense)
This sequel doesn’t waste much time. Squats, hammers, elbows, and nonstop high-intensity movement keep the workout pushing forward. There’s a real sense of escalation to it, and the first song especially has some very satisfying beat catches that set the tone right away.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, full-body effort, high-energy combat
🕺 Get Funky 7 (12 min · Medium)
A GrooveFit session with a relaxed kind of confidence. The movement stays light on its feet, the music brings warmth, and the whole thing feels more about enjoying the rhythm than chasing intensity. Easy to settle into, easy to like, and a good reminder that not every good workout needs to come in loud.
🎯 Best for: Groove flow, moderate cardio, feel-good movement
🚶 Post-Meal Walk 5 (15 min · Light)
Another welcome entry in the Post-Meal Walk series, with the same easy, no-pressure feeling that makes these workouts so easy to return to. Simple walking movement, a relaxed pace, and a format that fits naturally into everyday life — it’s one of those workouts that doesn’t ask for much, which is exactly the point.
🎯 Best for: Post-meal movement, light cardio, easy daily activity
✨ A week that starts by opening things up and ends with plenty of room to choose your speed. Are you easing in first, or going full on right away?

⚡ This Week in FunFitLand: Grounded, Glowing, Going ⚡
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s new drops cover a pretty wide range of feelings: grounded legs, easy elbow work, full-party cardio, a softer reset, and one fast, rave-like burst. Some are here to help you settle into a movement and feel strong in it; others are here to raise the energy quickly and keep it there. It’s a nice mix of stability, lift, and momentum. Here’s what’s new this week 👇
🎉 Elbow Party 2 (14 min · Light)
A light combat workout with plenty of elbow work and an easy, party-like feel throughout. The moves are straightforward, the energy stays upbeat, and it’s especially nice for anyone who’s just starting to feel more comfortable with elbows and wants a workout that gives them room to practice.
🎯 Best for: Elbow practice, light cardio, core opening
🪩 Rave & Groove 2 (10 min · Intense)
Still fast, still electronic, still fully committed to the rave mood. This sequel brings back the strong beat, the speed, and the constant movement, with lots of rotations and twists that keep the body working hard in a short amount of time.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, fast groove sessions, rotation-heavy movement
🦵 Hold Your Ground (9 min · Medium)
A lower-body-focused combat workout built around leg stability, endurance, and staying solid under pressure. Deep squats, slams, and low punches give it a very rooted feeling, with cinematic music adding a little extra weight to the whole experience. Short, focused, and very clear about what it asks of your legs.
🎯 Best for: Lower-body strength, squat endurance, grounded movement
💥 12 MIN Cardio Party 4 (15 min · Intense)
This one keeps the heart rate up by staying rhythmic, explosive, and nonstop. It has that familiar cardio-party feeling of being pushed forward the whole time, with punches doing a lot of the driving and music keeping everything lifted.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, full-body output, party-energy sessions
🌿 Energizing Flow (10 min · Light)
A gentle FlowFit session that leans into subtle movement, sensory focus, and a calmer kind of reset. It feels playful in a quiet way, with peaceful music and a pace that helps you settle your attention instead of chasing intensity.
🎯 Best for: Light recovery, calming reset, gentle movement
✨ A week with strong footing, brighter energy, and plenty of reasons to keep going. What are you in the mood for this week?

🎯 This Week in FunFitLand: Stay Sharp, Stay Moving 🎯
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s lineup leans a little more direct: quick sessions, fast punches, sustained output, and movement that keeps asking for your attention. It’s a strong week for anyone who wants workouts that feel clear, active, and easy to commit to once you press start. Here’s what’s new this week 👇
⚡ Basic Rush (8 min · Medium)
A short combat workout built from a small set of basic combos, but with enough speed and structure to get your heart rate up fast. Compact, efficient, and especially satisfying if you like simple movements done with intent.
🎯 Best for: Quick cardio, focused punch work, short add-on sessions
🔥 Cardio Endurance 2 (14 min · Medium)
This one keeps the pressure on through dense combos and sustained upper-body work. The lower body supports the pace, but the main job is to keep your arms active and your energy level consistent from start to finish.
🎯 Best for: Cardio endurance, upper-body focus
💥 Speed Punch (15 min · Intense)
A high-speed combat session built around fast combos, strong finishers, and very little room to ease off. A good one for days when you want intensity to come from speed as much as force.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, explosive training, fast reactions
🪩 Groove Spell 2 (14 min · Light)
A lighter Groove workout with a loose, easy confidence to it. The movement is relaxed without feeling empty, and the whole session is more about settling into the beat than chasing intensity. It’s the kind of workout that gives you space to bring your own style and just enjoy how the music carries the movement.
🎯 Best for: Light cardio, relaxed groove flow, feel-good movement
🦵 Arms & Squats Fusion (14 min · Medium)
The intensity builds gradually, the arm work and squats both get proper attention, and the workout does a nice job of making repetition feel purposeful rather than repetitive. A solid full-body session with a clear lower-body and upper-body payoff.
🎯 Best for: Sculpt-focused training, legs and arms, progressive intensity
✨ A week for staying alert, settling into the rhythm, and keeping the work honest from start to finish. Which workout are you reaching for this week first?
